How To Order Online

So that we may serve you better, we’ve updated the way we handle orders toward the end of each day. Moving forward, we will take our last order for same-day pick-up at 5:00pm. Online ordering will then resume at 6pm that evening for next-day fulfillment. We appreciate your flexibility and patience as we continue to optimize operational processes like these.

Step 1: Go to

Login to your account and select your location at the top right of the screen. Orders placed before 5:00pm must be picked up same day. Orders placed after 6:00 pm will be available for pick up the next day.

Step 2: Create an Account

- Enter your personal info
- Select your location
- Create a password
- Verify your email address

You will not be able to place an order without verifying.

Step 3: Shop Our Live Inventory

You're now ready to browse the live inventory, add products to your cart, and checkout. Keep in mind your personal purchase limits as you shop. Call us if you need to verify that. Submit your order when finished.

Orders are fulfilled on a first-come, first-serve basis. Inventory fluctuates, so if there's an issue with your order, we will notify you via text message or email, depending on the preference you've selected.

Step 4: Check Your Device

We'll send you a message when your order is submitted, and again when it's ready for pick-up. You can toggle your message preference to email or text on the My Account page, next to the shopping cart at the top right-hand corner of the screen.

PLEASE NOTE: Patients may not enter the store until the Order Confirmation email or text is received. Our team will ask you to visibly display the confirmation when you arrive at the store. This policy ensures an equitable experience for all patients. If you've placed multiple online orders, please wait until you've received confirmation that each order has been fulfilled before coming to the store.

Step 5: Pick Up Your Order

When you arrive at the store, please show your med card and identification to the check-in staff. During this time, we can not allow in-store modifications to orders once submitted online or via phone. We encourage payment by debit cards and have an ATM on site.

Orders placed before 5:00pm must be picked up same day. Orders placed after 6:00 pm will be available for pick up the next day. We hope to see you soon!

• All orders must be made either online or via phone to minimize the number of guests visiting us at any one time.

• There may be disruptions to online ordering as we pause service to keep our store properly sanitized.
